Fun evening of Badminton and Sociability!
NOTE: There is no badminton at Thornden School from November 20 to December 1, due to exams in the Sports Hall.
Members are invited to bring their family and friends for an evening of badminton, December 1, 4-7 pm at Hursley Sports and Social Club.
NOTE: We were delighted to see so many young players and their families on Nov 24, but we are going to take a more organized approach for Friday December 1st. We’re using a ‘sign-up’ system so that all players can be guaranteed a spot on the court. Limited to 12 per hour.
Conditions
- Please reserve a spot for the players in your party. If you want to play for more than 1 hour, sign up for 2 hours. Places are limited to 12 for each hour.
- All TCBC members welcome! If the player is 12 or younger, they must be accompanied by an adult. Racquets and shuttles available.
The Hursley Sports and Social Club has three badminton courts in its Sport Hall, as well as a bar and restaurant. There are change rooms with showers. Very kid-friendly menu , friendly atmosphere. Open until 9.30 pm on Fridays.
